The ACC Sensitive Claims Process

If you are a survivor of sexual abuse or assault I can support you to navigate the process of making a claim with ACC.

Through the Sensitive Claims Service ACC offers fully funded support, treatment and assessment services for survivors of sexual abuse or assault.

There are three main stages to setting up a claim:

Stage 1: Engagement: Two funded counselling sessions to register your claim with ACC.

Stage 2: Early Planning: Four counselling sessions to submit the details necessary for ACC to proceed your claim.

Stage 3: Creating a Wellbeing plan: Four counselling sessions to discuss your needs and what services would best support your journey of recovery.

If you would like to book a phone call to discuss this please make a booking by clicking on this link below.

If you have experienced Sexual Abuse in New Zealand and are looking to get some counselling you will may qualify for funded care through ACC. Please mention this is what you are wanting when making contact so I can support you with a claim for funding.
